Dear Friends of Bizaare
It's uplifting to reach our tenth birthday in a fine fettle and we're excited as ever to embark upon another Spring Season at Bizaare Ave Cafe & Bistro Bizaare. In January 1997, we began an extraordinary journey of hope - a powerful word that is at the root of hospitality -and we continue to proceed along that path, hand in hand with you.
We first opened our doors as a Tapas Wine Bar / Thrift store fusion. This concept came about because of the TV show 'Friend's; my husband Al liked the coffee shop concept on the show with sofa's, coffee tables and wing backed chairs but he didn't drink coffee! So we decided to serve wine! The thrift store infusion came from the fact that there was a thrift store in this location for 10 years prior to the restaurant.
We would like to thank all of our customers for your continued support during the past 10 years and look forward to sharing the next 10 years together.

Congratulations to Chef LaShawn
We are very proud to share with you that our day time Chef LaShawn Coby, who creatively creates our Lunch Time Specials ~ narrowly missed her chance in the Fox Broadcasting of "Hells Kitchen" with Gordon Ramsay. Chef LaShawn made it to the semi finals in Miami back in November. We are sorry Chef LaShawn didn't get her chance to shine on the television, but she shines with us here at Bizaare everyday and we hope that you will come in to enjoy her winning Lunch Time Specials soon!

You may have noticed that the 'image' of our email blasts have improved greatly compared to those years ago. Congratulations Beth
If during the last week you happen to notice some of your favorite bartenders and servers missing, that was because they were celebrating the marriage of our former employee Beth Macy to Shane Johnson. They came to know and love each other here at Bizaare and was married in Boynton Beach, Fl. on February 24th. After living and working at Bizaare, kids should be easy.
